Pickup times may vary depending on the hotel location. Guests should be ready at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. Dune bashing is not recommended for guests with serious back or neck conditions. Pregnant guests should avoid dune bashing.

Children aged 4–11 years are charged at the child rate. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the activity. Infants aged 0–3 years can join free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult.

Senior guests are welcome. Guests with mobility limitations or medical conditions should inform the operator before booking. Dune bashing may not be suitable for guests with certain medical conditions.

Bookings must be confirmed before the last booking time. Guests should provide accurate hotel and contact details during booking. Pickup instructions will be provided after confirmation.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity may be non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
