Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 100% refund. 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund. Within 15 days: non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions
1. Rates are per adult on twin-sharing basis. 2. Standard hotel check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. 3. Personal expenses, tips, and unmentioned meals not included. 4. Entry tickets are non-refundable and valid only for specified date/time slots.
Confirmation Policy
Upon successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be sent via email within 24 hours. If preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be offered.
Payment Policy
50% deposit required at booking. Remaining balance due 15 days prior to arrival.
Amendment Policy
Amendments 15+ days prior to departure subject to availability and price difference.
Notes
Voucher must be presented at check-in / attraction entry. Carry a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
