Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 100% refund. 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund. Within 15 days: non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions
1. Rates are per adult on twin-sharing basis. 2. Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. 3. Inter-city flights (Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh & Ho Chi Minh-Siem Reap) are available as add-ons. 4. Valid passports required for both countries.
Confirmation Policy
Upon successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be sent via email within 24-48 hours for visa purposes.
Payment Policy
50% deposit required at booking. Remaining balance due 15 days prior to arrival.
Amendment Policy
Amendments 15+ days prior to departure subject to availability and price difference.
