Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 100% refund. 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund. Within 15 days: non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions
1. Rates are per adult on twin-sharing basis. 2. Standard hotel check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. 3. Ban Gioc Waterfall border pass fee included. 4. Valid passport with 6 months validity required.
Confirmation Policy
Upon successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be sent via email within 24-48 hours for visa purposes.
Payment Policy
50% deposit required at booking. Remaining balance due 15 days prior to arrival.
Amendment Policy
Amendments 15+ days prior to departure subject to availability and price difference.
Notes
Voucher must be presented at check-in / cruise boarding. Carry a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
